First off,I dont like how I dont get to choose my fitness goals.(gain weight,bulk up)I dont like that I cant choose my macro percentages,and o dont like that I cant choose my own meal plan options between 6 smalls and 3 large 2 snacks.its a good idea,but it seems like not much creative thought/effort were put into it.but if you are new to dieting and fitness and have no idea whats going on this is a good place to start.
